Pursuant to the bylaws of Marshall-DeKalb Electric Cooperative, the annual meeting of members will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at the Administration Building in the Fielder Auditorium located at Snead State Community College in Boaz. Doors will open at 6:30 pm for registration, and the meeting will follow promptly at 7 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to elect trustees and to discuss any other business relating to Marshall- DeKalb Electric Cooperative.
